Mr. Dings brings over 20 years of strategic sales leadership and healthcare expertise with proven ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams. He has an exemplary track record of launching new technologies and building sustainable market growth. Most recently, Mr. Dings served as Clinical Sales Director at Intuitive Surgical, where he led a robust sales operation across the Northeast U.S. He spearheaded revenue generating initiatives for the da Vinci Surgical Systems and was widely recognized for his dedication to talent development, achieving top national rankings, and consistently surpassing quota expectations. Prior to this, Mr. Dings held roles in sales and market development at leading medical device companies, including Carticept Medical and NeoMatrix. Mr. Dings holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh.
