FemaSeed is currently offered by a growing network of OB/GYNs and fertility specialists across the United States. If you are interested in finding a physician near you, please contact Femasys Customer Service or use the provider locator on the FemaSeed website, if available. Our team can help connect you with a practice offering FemaSeed in your area.
Insurance coverage for fertility treatments varies by insurance plan, employer, and state. Patients should contact their insurance provider to determine their specific benefits and out-of-pocket costs. Your physician’s office can also help verify coverage and discuss available payment options. FemaSeed recently received a Category III CPT code from the AMA, which supports future reimbursement efforts.
